Learn How To Make #UsisrikayaPachadi / #AmlaChutney With Chef Samatha Only On Variety Vantalu.<br /><br />Ingredients :<br />Goose Berry - Amla - <br />Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp<br />Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp<br />Garlic pods -8<br />Fenugreek Seeds -2 tsp<br />Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp<br />Oil - 4 tbsp<br />Salt To Taste<br />Green Chillies -2<br />Red Chillies - 2<br />Curry Leaves<br />Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp<br />Coriander Leaves<br /><br />Method:<br />In a pan, add oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies, and curry leaves, let's saute it well.<br />2 Once tempering is done, let it cool it down, In the meantime chop the gooseberries.<br />3. Cut the gooseberries and put it in another bowl.<br />4. In the grinder, add tempering mixture and gooseberries.<br />5. Grind it into a fine paste.<br />6. To gooseberries mixture, add the tempering<br />7. For tempering, add oil, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, let saute it. Lastly, add chopped coriander.<br />8.
